Within Your Pregnancy

We will be with you trought these moments

Welcome!
This website is for anyone who is pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or supporting someone through that journey — including partners, family members, friends, and caregivers.
Pregnancy is more than a nine-month physical process — it’s a deeply meaningful time when every supportive action, thoughtful choice, and moment of care can shape the lifelong health and development of a baby’s brain. Together, we can build a nurturing environment that helps every baby get the best possible start.

Work (in progress)

My Vision StatementI envision a world where every family is supported from the very beginning, emotionally, nutritionally, and mentally empowering babies to grow into thriving, healthy adults, and helping caregivers feel confident, capable, and deeply connected. I believe that mental health requires a holistic approach: one that looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person, their habits, nutrition, childhood experiences, family dynamics, and environment to truly support lasting well-being.I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist. I’ll be sure to share an update once I’m qualified to begin offering therapy.

About

Hello, and welcome.I’m Martha, a mother of two young adults and a teenager, a health psychology graduate, and a current Master’s student in Clinical Psychology on the path to becoming a licensed clinician.Through both my academic journey and my personal experience as a mother, I’ve come to deeply understand how powerful the early stages of life are, not just for the baby, but for everyone involved. As I continue to study the connection between mental, emotional, and physiological well-being, I often find myself thinking:“I wish someone had told me this when I was pregnant.”www.withinyourpregnancy.com was born from that wish to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) about how brain development begins even before conception, and how the decisions, emotions, and environment surrounding a baby all play a vital role in their growth and future health.I believe in a whole-person, whole-family approach, where everyone involved in welcoming a child —mothers, partners, caregivers, and the community — matters. Our support systems shape not just the pregnancy, but the brain, body, and emotional world of the child to come. This is a space where science and compassion intersect. Where you can feel informed, supported, and never alone. We’ll walk through these moments together — with clarity, kindness, and care. With gratitude,
Martha
